This 5 minute film by Patrick Hallett Morley was shot during one day in September 2013 at a collaboration workshop hosted by the UK charity New Dots (www.newdots.org.uk) which brought together six young composers and a seven piece classical ensemble (The Octandre Ensemble) alongside eminent composer Sinan Savaskan. The workshop was set up to help the composers evolve new contemporary classical pieces for world premiere performances in November 2013. The film captures the essence of collaboration between musicians and composers.
